1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us through our contact form. We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, governed by your consent preferences.
- Contact Information (voluntary): When you use our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Accuracy feedback (voluntary): With explicit consent, we store CPU, GPU, resolution, vote and, optionally, game, quality, and FPS. We do not store the IP address or user agent.
- Automatically Collected Information: We collect anonymized and aggregated usage data through Vercel Analytics. This tool does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Google Analytics may also send only limited cookieless measurement before consent through Advanced Consent Mode; detailed analytics, custom events and Analytics storage require consent.
- Advertising Data: Google AdSense may collect device and usage information, including your IP address and browser characteristics, to serve limited or non-personalized ads; with marketing consent, it may also use that data for personalization.
2. Consent Model
We use a category-based consent banner to collect and manage your privacy choices.
- The preferences panel appears for every user on their first visit, whatever their country.
- Google AdSense may load limited or contextual non-personalized ads where Google and applicable law allow, including in countries requiring prior consent; personalization requires marketing consent.
- In countries requiring prior consent — the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe with equivalent legislation, plus South Korea, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Türkiye, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa — Google Analytics uses Advanced Consent Mode: before consent it may send only limited cookieless measurement; Analytics cookies, detailed analytics and custom events activate only after you grant analytics consent.
- Elsewhere, analytics is on by default on a legitimate-interest basis and you can switch it off at any time from the banner or the footer.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, Analytics storage and personalized advertising remain disabled; Advanced Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurement. AdSense may show limited or non-personalized ads where Google and applicable law allow.
- Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information collected via our Services for the following purposes:
- To deliver targeted advertising (with consent): We may use your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising (through Google AdSense) tailored to your interests and/or location and to measure its effectiveness.
- To improve our Services: We use aggregated Vercel Web Analytics metrics and Google Analytics' limited cookieless measurement; with analytics consent, we also use its cookies, detailed events and interaction data to understand how users interact with our website and improve user experience.
- To respond to inquiries: We use the information you provide through the contact form to respond to your questions and requests.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google AdSense: Third-party advertising platform. It may load limited or contextual non-personalized ads where Google and applicable law allow; personalization requires marketing consent. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics: Advanced Consent Mode may send limited cookieless measurement before your choice; Analytics cookies, detailed analytics and custom events activate only after analytics consent is granted. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel Web Analytics: Aggregated, cookieless analytics for basic traffic measurement. It creates no persistent profiles and is not linked to Google Analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts which are self-hosted through Next.js. No data is sent to Google at runtime.
- Amazon Associates: We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you click an affiliate link, Amazon may set cookies on their domain. We do not control these cookies.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension transmits a GPC signal, we automatically treat this as a request to opt out of Analytics storage and marketing and advertising cookies. Advanced Consent Mode may still send limited cookieless measurement; no manual action is required on your part.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have specific privacy rights regarding your data. We respect the privacy laws of all jurisdictions, including but not limited to:
- GDPR (European Economic Area & United Kingdom): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- CCPA/CPRA (California, USA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination.
- LGPD (Brazil): You have the right to confirmation of data processing, access to data, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
- PIPEDA & Law 25 (Canada): You have the right to access your personal information, challenge its accuracy, and withdraw consent.

7. Data Retention
We do not maintain a database of user profiles. Your preferences are stored locally in your browser and communicated to configured services. If you use the contact form, your inquiry data will be retained only for the duration necessary to respond to your request. Consented accuracy feedback is retained while useful for model validation or until you request deletion.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently.
